Call to Order at 6:42 p.m. by President Jeff Clark.
President’s Report:
President Clark welcomed all attendees and asked for a motion and a second to approve the minutes of the last Board meeting. The motion passed. No report other than encouraging all members to attend upcoming weekend events: Cars & Coffee at Dr. Ian Rodway’s home in Mason and the Gemeinschaft at Loose Ends Brewing in Dayton.

COMMITTEE REPORTS
Autocross:
Kumar reports the next Autocross event is on August 8th from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Trader’s World. The remaining event for the year is September 12th. All are welcome.
Concours:
The annual Keeneland Concours D’ Elegance is July 18th at the Keeneland Race Course in Lexington, Kentucky. Gates open at 9:00 a.m.
Driver Education:
Jeff Woodard reports that they have forty-nine registrants already for the fall HPDE Autumn Thunder weekend at Mid-Ohio in October. Please RSVP as space is limited.
Historian:

Membership:
Craig Lewis monthly report: forty-nine new members, twenty-five members whose membership has lapsed and three members who transferred to another region. There were 1,313 primary members and 681 affiliate members for a total of 1,994 members. There were thirteen test drives and 63 PCA junior members. At the Red Brick Reunion event on August 15th Membership will have a pop-up tent for an OVR PCA membership new membership outreach booth. Anyone wishing to volunteer to staff the booth please contact Craig Lewis.

Social Events:
The OVR PCA calendar has many momentous event listings. The next Gemeinschaft event is on July 18th at Loose Ends Brewing and next Cars & Coffee event is July 17th in Mason.
Rallye/Tours:
Steve Krekeler reported that the annual Athens Tour event had fifty-five cars with ninety people. The three-day event was an enormous success even with some rain. An upcoming Indiana tour is still in planning.

Paul Sonoda reports that there were over 1,200 visitors to our website in June.

The Wyoming Exotic Wheels 2026 Car Show cancer benefit is August 22nd, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
