$65 per person through Club Registration.
Registration is now open at ClubRegistration.net. The cutoff for reservations is January 31.
The February 2024 OVR PCA Board Meeting will be held at The Metropolitan Club.
We will start with a social gathering at 6:00 PM and dinner at 6:30 PM.
Event Details
The event will have a cost of $65 per person and will include the following buffet dinner:
Salads
- Mustard Potato Salad 
- Caesar Salad 
- Garden Greens Salad, 2 Dressings 
Sides
- Broccoli, Julienne Carrots 
- Roasted Red Potatoes 
Entrees
- Roasted Chicken Breast with rosemary and lemon 
- Mahi Mahi with lemon butter sauce 
- Roast Prime Rib of Beef, rosemary jus lie 
Refund Policy
All refunds are at the discretion of the DE Registrar & DE Chair. All cancellations will incur a $ 50. 00 administration fee up to 8 days before the event; no refunds due to cancellations will be given 7 days or less before the event. Typically, cancellations received more than 7 days before the event receive a full refund less the $ 50. 00 administration fee.
Indemnity Policy
Participants acknowledge that Ohio Valley Region PCA driving events entail known and unanticipated risks that could result in damage to the participant, to property, or third parties, physical or emotional injury, paralysis, or death. The participant understands that such risks cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the driving event. Participation in this event is purely voluntary; the participant expressly agrees to accept and assume all associated risks and elects to participate despite the risks.
