Call to Order
Call to Order at 6:45 p.m. by President Jeff Clark and welcome to all first-time attendees.
Presidents Report:
President Clark attended the 2025 PCA Zone President’s meeting in East Lansing – details will be posted on the webpage. Other regions were very impressed with our annual calendar and the number of events we offer our members. Motion to approve the minutes posted on the webpage from our last meeting. Motion/second to accept the minutes – motion passed.

Treasurer:
Miguel Alemany is taking over from Steve Ringel and turnover is in progress.

Autocross:
No report. Still searching for a new location to hold events.
Concours:
The Sozo Loveland Church Concours event will be May 3rd, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. see calendar for details.
Driver Education:
The 2025 Jerry Wolf Spring Classic HPDE event is at Mid-Ohio on May 30th, 31st, and June 1st. Jeff Woodward reported there are 154 registrants with 30 openings still available. See the OVR PCA webpage for additional HPDE information and please register with Club Registration. The Kentucky region approached OVR PCA with an offer to hold a dual HPDE event with OVR PCA at the National Corvette Museum. Lauren Rode is the recipient of the 2025 Mike Valentine Memorial Scholarship.

Membership:
Craig Lewis reported that in March the club had 34 new members join. There were a total of 77 non-renewals in the 1st quarter. A survey is being sent to all non-renewals seeking more information on their decision. There are 1,274 primary members and 659 affiliate members for a total region membership of 1,933 people. There were 11 test drive participants. The 2025 annual party will be November 8th, 2025 at the RSVP Event Center located at 453 Wards Corner Road in Loveland, Ohio 45140.

Social Events:
The next Gemeinschaft Third Thursday Throttle Down event is April 17th, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Little Miami Brewing. The 2025 Gemeinschaft season opener is April 27th, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Monkey Bar & Grill. See the webpage for details.
Rallye/Tours:
Steve Kreleler reported that on April 19th there will be a 130-mile Kentucky Spring Tour in Wilder, Kentucky. There are 56 cars registered with 4 openings still available. This year’s Athens Back Road Tour will be the June 20th weekend (Friday, and Saturday nights at University Inn) and there are 15 cars registered to date. There is ongoing testing of the RoadStr app to replace Club Registration and working on an Indiana Tour event.

Paul Sonoda reports that there is an EVENT FORM at the bottom of the webpage for Committee heads to submit event notification information for posting/calendar inclusion. Still working on a classified ads webpage section.
Old Business:
President Clark reported that he will no longer be accepting classified ads/cars & parts for sale emails.
New Business:
Lakshmi Sammarco reported that Mariemont Mayor Bill Brown wants the OVR PCA RPM event back.
