Call to Order
Call to Order at 7:08 p.m. by President Jeff Clark and welcome to Tim and Rhonda Williams and all first-time attendees.
Presidents Report:
President Clark made a motion to approve the minutes posted on the webpage from our last meeting. Motion/second to accept the minutes – motion passed. Last month there was a taste test at the RSVP Event Center to select the menu for our fall annual dinner event. More information TBA.
Vice President:
Vice President Nucete reported that many events for this year are still under development to include bourbon and wine testing events.
Treasurer:
Miguel Alemany has completed all bank account transfers from former Treasurer Steve Ringel.
Secretary:

Committee Reports:
Autocross:
Kumar Viswalingam reported that the new location at Traders World Market provides for a fast course with a big lot and lots of parking. Kumar highly recommends all members attend the next Autocross on June 28th at Traders World.
Concours:
Mark Wilson reported the Sozo Loveland Church Concours had 46 registrations with 37 participants. The next event is the Red Brick Reunion in Oxford on August 16th. There will be a Taste of Harrison Concours event on September 6, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Harrison, Ohio. There will also be an October Concours event on October 14, 2025 with details TBA.
Driver Education:
The 2025 Jerry Wolf Spring Classic HPDE event held at Mid-Ohio on May 30th, 31st and June 1st went well and was a great success.
Historian: No Report.
Membership:
Craig Lewis reported that in the month of May 2025, 16 new members joined/transferred in to OVR PCA, while 17 members didn’t renew their membership. We have a total of 1,293 Primary Members and 675 Affiliate Members, totaling 1,968 total members. OVR PCA also had 12 Test Drive participants. An email was sent to all members who did not renew their membership, encouraging them to do so while also soliciting their feedback through a five-question survey about OVR PCA activities in which they participated and anything we could have done better to keep them engaged and maintain their membership. Per usual, I also reached out to any new members who joined during the month with a welcome email.

Social Events:
The 2025 Gemeinschaft season is well underway. The next event is the Gemeinschaft at Oakley Greens on June 8, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. On July 19, 2025, is the Gemeinschaft - Wandering Monsters from 10:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be monthly events TBA into October. Rallye/Tours:
Steve Kreleler reported that the annual Athens tour event is June 20-22, and will have 500 miles of runs with 41 current registrations. They will be using RoadStr for the event. Please register on Club Registration ASAP if attending.

Kurt Niemeyer reported that on August 23, 2025 the 7th Annual Bellefontaine Hill Climb Revival event will be held at Corkscrew Hill in Zanesville, Ohio, and all are invited to attend.
Good of Order:
The next Board meeting will be July 8th with location TBA.
