Board Meeting
Meeting at the Loveland RSVP Event Center
For the May 2025 Board Meeting, we will gather at the RSVP Event Center a location selected for the OVR PCA 2025 Annual Member Meeting/Party. We will have the opportunity to taste their menu offerings as we try to decide on the menu for our annual event.
The registration fee is $35.00 per person and includes your food for the evening. The event will be complimentary for Committee Heads and Board Members, but we will still need you to complete your registration (without processing payment).

OVR PCA Social and Board Meeting
Come hang out with your OVR PCA friends at Wooden Cask Brewing Company! We will start with a social get together at 5:00 pm, followed by a Board Meeting at 7:00 pm, in a private room, for those that would like to attend. OVR PCA will provide a complimentary buffet style dinner served in the meeting room.
We will have reserved parking for OVR PCA members at the Wooden Cask lot.

Mota Car Club
Mota Car Club has opened its facility for the OVR PCA group for our upcoming May social event. Please join us for a social event from 5-8 pm with drinks and light bites served.
Arrive at 5:00pm to eat and socialize with other members. The event is open to all PCA members.
